Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RosterGraph: the site at rostergraph.com, the app at app.rostergraph.com, and the media kits and agency pages published through them. By creating an account or using RosterGraph you agree to them. If you use RosterGraph for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you can.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Everything your company creates (lists, rosters, media kits and its agency page) belongs to the company, and every member of it can see that work.

Using RosterGraph

Use RosterGraph to find, evaluate and work with athletes. Don't:

• Copy, scrape, resell or bulk-export athlete data, or use it to build a competing product.
• Contact athletes in ways they haven't agreed to, or use their details for spam or harassment.
• List an athlete on your roster, in a media kit or on your agency page without the right to represent them.
• Break or probe our security, overload the service, or reach it other than through the app and its links.
• Break the law or the terms of the social platforms athlete data comes from.

What you add

You own what you add to RosterGraph, such as athletes' sports details, rates, notes, tags and your logo. You let us store, process and display it to run the service, including on any public page you publish. You confirm you have the right to share it.

Athlete data

Follower counts, engagement and audience figures come from public social profiles through a data provider. Audience figures are estimates. We refresh them regularly but can't promise they're complete, current or correct, so check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Public pages

Media kits and agency pages are public: anyone with the link can open them without an account. You choose what goes on them and can unpublish them at any time. Athletes' contact details are never shown on public pages.

Plans and fees

Some features need a paid plan. If you subscribe, you agree to pay the fees shown when you do. Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires.

Changes and availability

We improve RosterGraph often, so features can change or be removed. We work to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending your use

You can stop using RosterGraph and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, athletes or other customers at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

RosterGraph is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll let account owners know by email before they take effect. Using RosterGraph after that means you accept the new terms.
